I think they have only started putting winglets on a few 767's. AA is the only one i know off.

I think Delta is the launch customer for 767ER winglets. They should have started already.

Continental will not be able to equip any of their 767s with winglets soon, as they just operate -200ER series. The winglets will only be certified for the 300 first.

Technically, winglets developed for -300 can be easily adapted to any -200. The wings of the 763 and the 762 are exactly identical. Cert should be the only real hurdle. In contrast, CO's 764ER hv a diff wing-tip design than all other 767 variants so we're unlikely to see any winglets on CO 764ERs. In fact, I suspect the raked wing-tip design of 764ER has eliminated the need for any winglets.
