Hi guys, im booking a cruise in february 2009, but i dont know yet which airline to fly with? (LHR-MIA)
BA, AA, UA or VS
Which airline has got the best product, considering economy and premium economy and PVTS are a must.

'I'd say with any of them as long as you get to your destination with no delays or problems' !!!!!
Thats the whole point of flying, its like an hotel as long u get ur room and a night sleep, but diferent hotels, diferent product, shabby 2 star to 5 star and great service, same with airlines, same concept but diferent product, thats why i asked about diferent airlines diferent product!

Thing is their all good to fly with. Now if you said companies like FR for example then I would say no way. I know BA, VS and AA and can honestly say I would fly with any of them. Thats why I said it. I have had really good experiances on all of them. If you want a flying hotel then fly with Singapore or Emirates their first class suites are rumoured to be exceptional. Why, you even get a shower on EK. The chances of a good nights kip on a long overnight flight are slim. Of course you will get an hour a so yes. Planes are not like hotels...... The chaces of having a snoring and farting or smelly footed pax close to you are very high.

If your flying with kids then I reccomend BA as their friendly crew really did do the stuff with mine from GRU to LHR on an 11 hour flight (747-400). They gave them toys took them to see the ''driver'' (as the kids say) etc etc. So the kids were content (2 girls and 1 boy) and kiddy food. AA for that matter was a little different. I flew LHR JFK (MD11) nice and comfortable but no PTV. But hey it had great service aand good films during the flight. United I flew last year from GIG to IAD on a 777. Great flight ( I prefer TAM A 330 though had more room). Out of all the flights I found BA to be most comfortable with the most room whether because it was a 747-400 i don't know.

Santos:
U don't hv to worry about SQ or EK. They don't even fly your route LHR-MIA and U're not considering F-class(Only this cabin class has something comparable to the hotel room std) anyway.
I can say something only about the PY(Premium Econ) cabins of the 4 carriers U've stated:
AA - Not even offered on any Int'l routes
UA - The diff from normal Y is so tiny that it's really a joke to call this a PY. Besides, I remember U normally can't buy seat in this cabin. They only offer it free to Top-tier UA Plus members.
BA - Decent for today's PY std but nothing special.
VS - Among the best PY today(Only re their newer Airbuses, not sure about their 744s). More advanced AVOD system, bigger screen and wider/longer seat space than BA.
Compare cabin details on specific aircraft type each flies: http://www.lovemyseat.com/
