Tap flying Fokker's 100 to LGW this winter.

Hi guys just beeen browsing on Tap's website and it's showing that in some flights to OPO they are going to use their Fokker 100's previous PGA, that they acquire a year ago, this will be the 1st time they use this aircraft in LGW, PGA used to use them on their MAN route.

Interesting. I always use TAP from REC to LHR or LGW. generally on the LHR/LGW sectro we get an A319 or A320. Sometimes we get an A330 which is a pain in the but cause its usually the same plane that comes from REC. I really don't see the need to de-plane and go through all the rigmoral of the transfer. Im going to LGW in Oct. So lets see if we get a F100. That will be cool

F-100 is still a great little jet and always very quiet. I did a bit in them with Air UK and loved every mile.

Yeah, i have flew with KLM'S F-100 a few times, and they were great, cant wait to fly on them in November from LGW, i normal fly out of LHR because of their A310's and A330's, but they are not sending more until next year and the A310 have left their fleet.

not sure about that i came back from LHR via LIS in early July and got CS-TOE the whole way from LHR to REC.
